Here is my last cake. I was very excited to learn how to make roses, then I realized how very hard they are to make. It took me 30 tries before I actually made a rose that I kept. For my first time making roses, I think they turned out okay. I have a lot of practicing to do, but I don't really plan on using roses a lot because they are a pain to make. I think fresh look very beautiful on a cake and are much easier. Next month I'm on to Fondant & Gum paste!
