With a busy day ahead, one of my "to do's" was to post a new picture on the blog. This is the only new picture I've taken since the last post...I know bad!
This week Jonas turns 13 months. He weights a healthy 23lbs. This little guy is the apple of everyone's eye; he is adored by his two brothers and sister and both mom and dad. Some of his talents include:
Climbing all things, the couch, our bed, the desk, the boys bunk bed ladder and the stairs.
Saying "What's that?" ALL the time.
This week he started repeating and saying "No, no, no, no, no!"
He repeats almost anything...stop, shh, no, names...anything!
He LOVES going outside.
He has a passion about food...he literally does a little food dance and makes mmm sounds as he eats something good.
He prefers to eat and do everything we eat and do...for instance at date night on Friday we had pizza and soda for the kids. Jonas was given pizza but not soda. He sat there watching dad pour the soda in all the kids cups (but his) and he watched them drink the soda, he then looked at his own cup and started throwing a fit. He refused to eat or drink until Quentin pretended to pour soda into his cup...then he was perfectly happy. (clearly not fooled yet by the fact that it was still water in his cup. I'm sure we only have a few more months of being able to get away with that!)
He loves to give hugs, mom gets them the most and she's the only one privileged enough to get spontaneous kisses from this little guy as well.
Now I'm off to get some things accomplished around the house while this little guy takes a nap...
