Reindeer pancakes or as the kids call them "mom's special pancakes" have become a family tradition for Christmas Eve breakfast. (I think these look more like teddy bears.) We've celebrated the season with many fun traditions so far and look forward to many more as this day passes. Last night the kids had their annual Christmas Eve, Eve slumber party. They slept out in the den and watched Polar Express. Tonight we will open Grammy Blake's presents and a new ornament that we each get each year. We will also sit down to read from the bible the story of Jesus birth and right before bed the kids will leave out cookies and egg nog for Santa and carrots for the Reindeer. We also track Santa on the official NORAD Santa Tracker.
Merry Christmas!
Love,
The Blake's
Quentin, Valerie, Dylan, Ezra, Aubree and Jonas

Love those pancakes! I may have to borrow that idea for my kids. Hopefully next year we'll share some more traditions with you - hope everyone is feeling better!
