Oregon Trip Part II

Sorry there were just too many fun pictures I had to post!

We had tons of fun in Oregon and we were very busy the whole time, there are still people we wish we had time to have seen. Sunday we went to church with Grandma Gilmore and celebrated Grandpa Gilmore's birthday. We went to the Movie's and saw Horton Hears a Who. Aubree and Ezra got to hold their new baby cousin Chloe. She is so sweet. We also celebrated Autumn and Alvin's birthday's. We had fun at the Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum with Grandma and Grandpa Gilmore, Uncle Brett and Uncle Patrick. Then Grammy Blake had a turn with us and we visited Salem's Riverfront Carousel . Then we were off to the Beach! It wasn't raining when we arrived, it was half sunny, but very cold, it was fun to visit and we ate at my favorite restaurant the Chowder Bowl in Newport at Nye Beach. We ended the day at the beach visiting the Yaquina Head Lighthouse. We got to take a tour and go to the top. Poor Aubree was so sad she had to stay behind because she wasn't tall enough.
Aubree and I got to go to the Tulip Fest in Woodburn, it was freezing, but fun to hang out with Grammy, Rachel and Ty. The wedding festivities began with Christie's bridal shower, followed by the rehearsal dinner where we also celebrated Ty's first birthday. On the day of the wedding the weather was beautiful! What a perfect day for a wedding and we are so happy to welcome Christie into our family! The day after the wedding was Easter and the kids were happy that the Easter Bunny found them!
Everyone was a bit cranky on our way back home, we were so tired out from our trip, but it was worth it! We stopped in Twin Falls Idaho to stay the night with Grammy's Aunt and Uncle, we even got a magic show from Uncle Montey. On our way out of town we viewed the canyon and the snake river, what a gorgeous sight! And we stopped by the Shoshone Falls, and took some pictures. Dylan had fallen asleep and both Aubree and Ezra were awake eating Sugar Baby's and Quentin just happened to look back as they were stuffing Sugar Baby's in his mouth. Poor Dylan. We stayed in Pleasant Grove, Utah with my friend Jill and her family and had a lot of fun playing! Seriously we were less than an hour from home and Aubree decided to smear cheese from her handi snack she was eating all over her! Did I mention that I'm really glad to be home!
