Aubree's Last Soccer Game

We're finally caught up with all the pictures we have taken.  I have to add that the doll house Aubree got for Christmas (pictured two posts ago) Quentin built and I painted and papered.  It was a huge project and we were both pleased with how it turned out. I just had to give Quentin credit for it because he worked so hard on it for her.

 Aubree wanted so badly to try out soccer, probably because she had just sat through an entire season of soccer for Ezra, but after the first game she disliked it.  She told me it was because there was too much running and that she hates to run...this coming from a girl who had just spent 30 minutes at the park running in circles :)  I guess soccer was just not her thing, but I'm glad she stuck it out and for the most part gave it her all.

 She was the tallest on her team and probably the youngest, she looked intimidating but this poor girl really couldn't play.  She kicked the ball into the wrong goal on one occasion and frequently blocked the ball from her own team mates.  She had heart and kept up with that ball and tried her hardest!
